UK Delivery
Once purchased each piece will be carefully wrapped, padded and boxed to protect it during delivery. Existing work will be shipped within 1 week. Standard UK shipping is free, you will receive the tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched.
Pieces will be shipped using a courier to ensure their safe transit, in the unfortunate event of a missing package a full refund will be provided, unless the package tracking details show that it has been signed for at any address.
International Delivery
International parcels will be sent with Fedex, please contact me for a quote with the piece you are interested in and the country you would like to ship to.
Returns
To arrange a return please get in touch as soon as possible. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a refund, these must be in new condition with the original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after this. Return shipping needs to be arranged by courier and a tracking number must be provided.
